Villa met gebogen kapconstructie

GeoStylistix villa met gebogen kap

De villa in Berkel en Rodenrijs is een bijzonder gezicht door de unieke constructie én materialenmix. Het eerste wat opvalt is het gebogen dak bekleed met zink. Naast de uitgesproken vorm en materiaal van het dak, waren er ook specifieke wensen voor gevelmaterialen. Het donkere kleurenpallet van de slanke GeoStylistix steen in combinatie met de grafiet-grijze rabatdelen vielen erg in de smaak. Deze combineren bovendien mooi met het zinken dak. De indeling van het interieur is deels bepaald door de symmetrie van het exterieur. De hal van 6m hoog gaf voldoende ruimte voor en sculpturaal trappenhuis. De eerste verdieping met vier grote slaapkamers en twee luxe badkamers is al heel ruim. De tweede verdieping over de gehele lengte van het huis heeft een sacrale sfeer door de gebogen vorm van de kap.

Een moderne, duurzame gevel

Voor de gevel van deze patiobungalow is een lange, slanke gevelsteen gebruikt in de unieke kleur ‘Shaded Charcoal’. De betonsteen GeoStylistix is een unieke gevelsteen met een mix van natuurlijke mineralen die zorgen voor een prachtige kleurstelling en kleurechtheid. De gevelsteen is niet alleen esthetisch, maar ook bijzonder maatvast, sterk en onderhoudsarm. Door deze eigenschappen blijft de GeoStylistix gevel langdurig mooi. Het productieproces is bovendien zo duurzaam mogelijk met o.a. windenergie en conditioneringskamers waar het beton uithardt (het wordt dus niet gebakken). Bij deze unieke villa met gebogen dak is dus aan duurzaamheid gedacht. Niet alleen in de gevel en energieverbruik, maar ook bij de inrichting van het interieur. Een bijzonder mooi project waar aan alles is gedacht.
