Één omvangrijk gebouw, twee ruime woningen. Totaal anders qua indeling en vormgeving, en toch heel gelijkend qua sfeer. Deze twee onder een kapwoning in Waasmunster (BE) heeft veel eenheid. Visueel vormt de twee onder een kapwoning één geheel, welke perfect past in de natuurlijke omgeving. Ontworpen door Jo van Laere van architectenbureau Archiwijss.
Uniek lijnenspel
De woning heeft een moderne en unieke uitstraling. Het langgerekte gebouw steunt op een zwarte plint en de raampartijen zijn voorzien van gefumeerd glas. De gevel bestaat verder voornamelijk uit de slanke GeoStylistix gevelsteen in de kleur Crispy White. Door het contrast met de zwarte plint lijken de verschillende ‘blokken’ van de woning haast te zweven. Van Laere: ‘De gevelsteen maakt dat de woning helemaal tot leven komt’.
