Een elegante parkplein waar je na het shoppen of wandelen gezellig een praatje kunt maken. Dat is het Pier Panderplein in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Een plein met huiskamersfeer

Vernieuwd Pier Panderplein

Al langer was het Pier Panderplein in Capelle aan den IJssel aan een opknapbeurt toe. Bewoners en belanghebbenden hebben samen een ontwerp gemaakt dat het plein tot een aantrekkelijk groen plein heeft getransformeert. Een plein met huiskamersfeer dat Winkelcentrum De Scholver tot een uitnodigend winkelgebied maakt. Met behulp van diverse prefab elementen in een hoekige vormentaal, sluit het aan bij de oorspronkelijke uitstraling van het Pier Panderplein. Tevens sluit het plein nu aan op de wensen van de buurt. Na het shoppen of wandelen kan je er gezellig een praatje maken en genieten van de buiten-leefomgeving.

Eleganta parkcollectie

Parkbanden zijn zeer ruim inzetbaar en daardoor erg geliefd. Bij het Pier Panderplein zijn de Eleganta parkbanden ingezet als zitranden en traptreden, waarvan een deel is voorzien van een geïntegreerde keramische tegel. Deze keramische tegels zijn onlosmakelijk in het prefab beton verwerkt. Hier is gekozen voor een houtlook tegel, maar de keuze in designtegels is zeer divers waaronder ook tegels met natuursteen look behoren. De prefab elementen kunnen bovendien, naast de standaard uitvoeringen, op maat gemaakt worden. De inrichtingsmogelijkheden voor pleinen en parken zijn met de Eleganta collectie dus vrijwel onbeperkt.
