Havenpoort Zierikzee

Havenpoort bij Zierikzee is een referentieproject voor infra bestrating. Hierbij zijn prefab elementen op maat gemaakt voor het parkeerterrein.

Duurzame gevel- en bestratingsoplossingen die de beleving rondom bedrijven en kantoren verhogen. Wij denken mee over inspirerende en voor mens en milieu waarde vermeerderende keuzes, passend bij de locatie en vereiste functie.

Duurzame bestratingsoplossingen voor veilige verplaatsing van gemotoriseerd verkeer, (brom)fietsers en voetgangers. Groen en water spelen hier een belangrijke rol.

Duurzame bestratingsoplossingen die uitnodigend, sfeer verhogend en voetvriendelijk zijn. Intensief gebruik en de verrassende combinatie van materialen nemen wij mee in onze advisering voor een levend (centrum)plan.

Nieuw parkeerterrein Havenpoort Zierikzee aangepast

Havenpoort Zierikzee

Het parkeerterrein Havenpoort op de plek van het gesloopte Sportcentrum Onderdak in Zierikzee is in 2018 geopend voor toeristen. Het doel van dit nieuwe parkeerterrein is dat het een fantastisch onthaal is voor alle bezoekers waar ze ook gratis kunnen parkeren. Zierikzee biedt plek aan goed driehonderd auto’s en bussen.

Voorheen liepen bezoekers via de rijbaan dat zorgde voor onveilige situaties. Het doel was dus een nieuw ontwerp voor de parkeerplaats om voetganger te verleiden om wél de beoogde route te lopen via de trap wat een stuk veiliger is. Ook was de wens om het nog meer rolstoelvriendelijk te maken. Kortom, de trap en hellingbaan moesten nodig worden aangepast. Daarnaast is ook de rijbaan van het Groeneweegje heringericht.

GeoRetron Excellent

De parkeerplaats is voorzien van GeoRetron Excellent, het beste alternatief voor de gebakken straatklinker. Deze betonstraatstenen zijn vorm- en maatvast, bieden exploitatievoordeel en zijn geschikt voor zeer zware belasting. Kijk voor meer informatie hierover in onze brochure GeoRetron.

 

Prefab betonnen traptreden

De trap en de geïntegreerde hellingbaan is gemaakt van Prebab betonnen traptreden. Deze traptreden zijn om hoogteverschillen op te vangen zodat men minder snel kan struikelen op een trap. De trap is erg sterk, onderhoudsarm én duurzaam. Ook is de trap een eyecatcher geworden wat het aantrekkelijk maakt om overheen te lopen. In het midden van de trap loopt een hellingbaan die erg gebruiksvriendelijk is voor kinderwagens, rolstoelgebruikers, fietsen, noem maar op. Als kers op de taart is er een opschrift toegevoegd aan de prefab banden die rondom de parkeerplaats lopen. Dit maakt de Havenpoort nóg mooier.

Veilig in het donker

Ook in het donker is er gedacht aan verlichting. Op de loopstrook van de parkeerplaats en de trap is er verlichting toegevoegd. Op de trap en de hellingbaan zijn glimmende attentienoppen aangebracht om de overgang tussen hellingbaan en traptreden duidelijker te markeren. Dit zorgt voor minder struikelpartijen in het donker en geeft rolstoelgebruikers een veiliger gevoel om gebruik te maken van de hellingbaan.
