Stone strips for indoor and outdoor use

A GeoStylistix stone strip was chosen for the house in Ypres. These can be applied to the existing wall and, because the stone strips are thin, there is minimal loss of space. This is very important for indoor applications. However, the stone strips are also suitable for outdoor use thanks to their physical properties. Stone strips are ideal for renovations, as the original façade can be left intact. They are also very suitable for new-build homes. Stone strips can be combined with an insulation system to create an insulated façade.

Colour choice

Choosing a light colour makes the home appear more spacious. The colour “Unique Beige” from the GeoStylistix series has beautiful colour nuances. This is made possible because the facing brick is produced from natural, colourfast material. This gives a neutral colour such as beige or grey an attractive appearance and gives the home a warm atmosphere.

Processing stone strips

Just like solid bricks, stone strips require the correct expansion joint to prevent cracking. This depends in part on the substrate. Stone strips can be applied directly to the façade or insulation boards. There is also a choice of different systems and/or types of insulation boards.
