A playful character

To create a true family garden, a playful character is important. A large glass canopy, placed directly on the house, is not only functional but also an eye-catcher. The glass gives a playful effect and provides sufficient light. By placing the canopy directly on the house, it becomes an extension of the living room where you can enjoy the outdoors even in less favorable weather.

Half-brick paving

The playful character is also reflected in the outdoor ceramic tiles, with the GeoCeramica® tiles laid in a half-brick bond. The built-in spacers also ensure easy and beautiful installation in a half-brick bond. When processed, the rectangular tiles are laid with the long side parallel to the house, making the garden appear optically longer. The final step in processing is grouting with the right grout. In this case we chose AquaColor Joints in a light gray color, extremely suitable for GeoCeramica® and matches the tile color beautifully. The grout also does not wash out and is weed-free, making it ideal for the low-maintenance family garden. Garden lighting for a warm atmosphere

To achieve a warm look and feel, a surface cabinet is placed against the shed which is in the middle of the garden. The cabinet serves as storage for logs and attractively divides the garden in two. Ground spots have been incorporated into the GeoCeramica® tiles against the surface box, creating a beautiful and playful lighting effect in the evening. There is no need to drill into the tiles; GeoCeramica® In-lite ready is provided with a recess for the ground spots. So even in the evening the cozy living room garden can be fully enjoyed.
