When is the show garden in Kampen open?

Open every working day during office hours (08:00-17:00). Please note that we do not sell directly to private individuals, for this please find an MBI dealer in your area.

Is there anyone in the mbi show garden (Kampen) who can show me around?

No, unfortunately there is no salesperson present as we do not sell directly to individuals.

As an individual, you can request a brochure from a dealer.

Otherwise, contact infobouw@mbi.nl for the construction brochure and infotuin@mbi.nl for the garden brochure.

Where can I make queries?

Initially, you can contact the dealer where you bought the product. If in consultation with the dealer it is determined that the complaint cannot be dealt with adequately by them, they will refer you to our Service Department. Please note: the dealer must submit a form to us for this purpose.

With which grout can I best joint my MBI paving?

Consult our grouting advice to determine which grout is suitable for your type of surface and paving.

Where can I find product and mood photos?

You can find images in our online image bank. Not found what you were looking for? Request it from marketing@mbi.nl.

Is my desired product in stock? / Desired article is out of stock, now what?

If you are a private individual or gardener, we refer you to our nationwide dealer network for up-to-date supply and stocks. We keep our dealers continuously informed of our stock levels and delivery times. If your desired GeoCeramica® tile is temporarily out of stock at the dealer or out of the range, you can ask the dealer for a replacement GeoCeramica® tile.

Where can I find GeoCeramica® specials (steps, pool edges, etc.)?

Special GeoCeramica® elements can be ordered through the dealer. You can choose from a number of standard options or customised elements.

Can I drill into GeoCeramica®?

Drilling holes in the GeoCeramica® is possible, but not necessary with GeoCeramica® In-lite ready. If you are going to order GeoCeramica® tiles, please indicate directly to your dealer which cut-out option(s) you are looking for.

Can I also order GeoCeramica® as a paving stone (without under-concrete)?

Yes, all our GeoCeramica® tiles can also be ordered as tiles from the dealer.

How can I remove stains from my concrete tiles?

The best way to clean protective concrete tiles is with warm water and mild, professional cleaning agents. Read more in maintenance tips.

What is the best way to lay GeoCeramica® tiles with a ‘print’ design?

Most designs are patternless and can be connected in any direction. However, the Tulipani design should be rotated during laying until the best position in relation to the other tiles is obtained.
