Special project

MBI has a very special project in Badhoevedorp: since 2019, this 747 of Corendon has stood over a square of no less than 1,150 m² of GeoCeramica® Copper Steel in size 80x80x6 at the Corendon Village Hotel. Not only the large format but also the tough, industrial look of this tile stands out. Due to the typical rust color, each tile is unique and thus comes into its own perfectly within this unique project.

Perfect for public spaces

With this special project, we are once again pushing the boundaries, because here it proves once again: GeoCeramica® garden tiles with its versatility are extremely suitable for endless applications. We also see GeoCeramica® being used more and more in public spaces. For this we have specially developed GeoCeramica® Heavy Duty version in 8 cm thick.

For Boeing 747 as a stationary vehicle, the model of 6 cm thick offers sufficient strength for this project. In addition, the ceramic top layer is extremely hard and therefore scratch-, wear- and color-resistant and resistant to all kinds of common (liquid) substances.
