A tribute to the polder

The front of the MC Waterland is clad with GeoStylistix Shaded Grey in Waal format, combined with a dark grey rubble stone plinth and vertical wooden panels. This composition brings the characteristic elements of the water and forest of the Zeewolde polder to life in the building. The GeoStylistix facing bricks are laid without joints using dark mortar, which reinforces the desired horizontal character of the façades.

Harmonious design

At the rear, the building exudes a serene tranquillity with a layering of light concrete stone tones, represented by GeoStylistix Shaded White. This design provides a harmonious contrast to the lively front, while remaining true to the inspiration of the polder.
