Two shades of GeoStylistix, one harmonious streetscape
A modern residential area in Tilburg where material choice and design come together. Six modern villas have been built on Vaartlaan in Tilburg, demonstrating how GeoStylistix facing bricks take architecture to a higher level. Large windows provide light and openness, while the slim, long-format facing brick gives the façades a powerful and luxurious look. The Blaakse Tuinen project was carried out using two different colours of facing bricks: GeoStylistix Shaded Grey Light and GeoStylistix Unique Beige. The result is the same design in a grey shade interspersed with a beige shade.
Sustainability and aesthetics
Thanks to its dimensional stability and thin joints, it creates refined detailing that fits perfectly with modern villa architecture. GeoStylistix combines aesthetics with functionality: low maintenance, colourfast, produced in the United Kingdom and with a low carbon footprint. This makes a distinctive façade also a sustainable façade that will last for generations. GeoStylistix proves itself to be the architectural material of choice for those who want to build in a circular and future-oriented way.
A powerful calling card
These six villas demonstrate the versatility of GeoStylistix. The façade material makes it possible to realise contemporary designs that are truly impressive. For architects and project developers, this project offers an inspiring example of how the choice of materials can enhance the design and make it distinctive.
