Easy-care ceramic design

An important part of a new decorative paving category is its impeccable quality and ease of maintenance. That is where a big part of this new invention lies: the durable protection of the designs by means of Protection Plus Factor 90. This 4-fold protective layer immortalises every design and makes the tiles more resistant. Thus, they are protected against all weather conditions and liquids, greases and acids have virtually no chance of leaving a lasting impression. This also makes the entire GeoProArte® range easy to clean while being virtually impervious to discolouration. This seal runs invisibly along with the quality of the designs.

Looks & formats

GeoProArte® is a new decorative paving category in its own right. New techniques enable us to design in a way which was not possible before. Lifelike nuances and characteristics that sprang from nature can now be permanently combined with our solid garden tiles. But we can also give free reign to our creativity thanks to these new techniques. For instance, the current range offers a number of indistinguishable natural looks such as wood, quartz and hard stone. But also distinct (industrial), authentic and even varied mosaic designs. The ceramic design bonds beautifully with the concrete texture and the distinction between digital and ‘real’ becomes a thing of the past.

In continuous production, the turnaround time of a plank of tiles over The New Rembrandt is a maximum of 12 seconds.
An air cleaner has been installed in the production hall that extracts 60,000m3 of air per hour from the room to ensure the design layer remains dust-free.
Tiles up to 80mm thick can pass over the production line.
