Benthuizen is een rustig dorp gelegen in Alphen aan den Rijn met veel gezinswoningen. In 2018 is het landschap van Benthuizen een prachtige villa rijker geworden met de buitenleefomgeving volledig in MBI stijl. Met hoogwaardige gevel- en bestratingsoplossingen is een moderne uitstraling en warme sfeer gecreëerd.
Een gevel met bijzonder lijnenspel
De bewoners van de villa in Benthuizen hebben gekozen voor de lange, slanke gevelsteen GeoStylistix. Deze moderne, kleurvaste steen geeft de gevel een bijzondere uitstraling. Door het bijzondere formaat is een uniek lijnenspel te creëren. Ook is de steen heel mooi te combineren met andere materialen, zoals aluminium, glas en hout. In Benthuizen is bijvoorbeeld gekozen voor houten kozijnen en grote raampartijen. De bewoners hebben bovendien gekozen voor een combinatie van twee kleuren GeoStylistix. De Shaded Brown Black zorgt voor een warme uitstraling en de Shaded Grey is toegepast voor accent en mooie overgang met de buitenruimte.
Luxe en onderhoudsarme buitenruimte
Sierbestrating bepaalt, net als de gevel, voor een groot gedeelte de sfeer van de buitenruimte rondom de woning. Bij de villa in Benthuizen is een combinatie gebruikt van GeoSteen® en GeoCeramica®. Door het gebruik van hoogwaardige tegels zullen de bewoners jarenlang plezier hebben van een prachtige tuin. Zo zijn de tegels onder andere zeer kleurvast en onderhoudsarm. De inrichting van de buitenruimte is modern en speels met o.a. stapstenen en halverharding voor waterdoorlatendheid. De buitenruimte is daarmee zowel esthetisch als functioneel.
