Rijke uitstraling
Een huis in ‘notarisstijl’ is klassiek en tijdloos. De kenmerken van deze klassieke bouwstijl zorgen voor een statig karakter met een rijke uitstraling. Strakke basislijnen en symmetrie zijn de sleutelwoorden voor een notariswoning. De statige uitstraling wordt natuurlijk versterkt als de tuin hier perfect op aansluit.
Strakke basislijnen
De strakke basislijnen van de woning zijn doorgetrokken in het tuinontwerp. Omdat de bewoners wel van het buitenleven houden, maar weinig tijd hebben voor het tuinonderhoud is de beplanting van de tuin eenvoudig gehouden. Een fijn, groot terras voorzien van GeoCeramica® met onkruidvrije voegen (AquaColor Joints) maakt de onderhoudsvriendelijke tuin helemaal compleet.
Luxe van natuursteen
Een notariswoning is vaak voorzien van een aantal fraaie details, zoals hardstenen raamdorpels. Dat is ook hier het geval. Het gevoel van luxueus natuursteen is doorgetrokken door te kiezen voor een keramische tegel met een marmerlook; GeoCeramica® Marmostone Black. Juist omdat de tuin relatief eenvoudig is gehouden haalt deze tuintegel dat luxe gevoel helemaal op.
Weinig onderhoud
GeoCeramica® Marmostone heeft een genuanceerd design met aders, vervagingen en fossielen. Dit maakt het terras niet alleen heel afwisselend, het is ook heel erg vergevingsgezind naar externe vervuiling zoals vogelpoep, pootafdrukken van huisdieren en schoenafdrukken. “Bij onze vorige woning hadden wij een egale, antracietkleurige tuintegel. Daar zag ik alles op. Op deze tegels valt helemaal niks op dus stoor ik mij daar ook niet aan. Omdat ons terras de hele dag in de zon ligt krijgt groenaanslag ook geen kans.
