De Ursulapolder is een prachtige woonwijk met witte huizen en een gevarieerd straatbeeld van GeoRetron straatstenen in verschillende kleuren. Een sfeervolle en elegante bestratingsoplossing die perfect bij de identiteit van de woonwijk past.
Kleurechte, sfeervolle straten
GeoRetron is met haar klassieke schoonheid een perfecte invulling voor het typische Nederlandse straatbeeld. De Prestige uitvoering heeft een toplaag wat bestaat uit 100% kleurecht natuurlijk materiaal met zeer fijne fractie. Daardoor heeft de steen een fluweelzachte uitstraling met diepe kleur. De kleurcollectie van de serie is perfect op elkaar afgestemd en daardoor perfect te combineren met elkaar. Bij Ursulapolder is gekozen voor een drietal kleuren. Oxyd rood voor de hoofdstraat; Oxyd geel voor wegpatronen in de hoofdstraat, voor het trottoir en voor de speelplaats; Donkerbruin voor de parkeerplaatsen. Het resultaat is een rustig en authentiek straatbeeld in de woonwijk.
Kantopsluiting
In de sfeervolle straten van Ursulapolder mag kantopsluiting uiteraard niet ontbreken. Er zijn veel verschillende uitvoeringen en formaten betonbanden met elk een eigen functie en zijn onmisbaar voor de inrichting van de straat. Kantopsluiting zorgt dat bestrating in verband blijft en niet verzakt. Daarnaast zorgt het voor verkeersgeleiding en watergeleiding. In de Ursulapolder zijn antraciet trottoirbanden gebruikt als kantopsluiting in de hoofdstraten. Daar waar de belasting kleiner is, bijvoorbeeld de speelplaats, zijn kleinere opsluitbanden gebruikt. De opsluitbandjes hebben een ronding en vormen zo een cirkel rondom het aanwezige speeltoestel. Kortom, voor elke toepassing is een passende betonband.
