Balkon Zuid in Veenendaal is een nieuw woongebied tussen de stedelijke omgeving en De Groene Grens. Bij de inrichting is gekozen voor een gepaste, duurzame bestratingsoplossing: NCB klinkers. De waterpasserende bestrating geeft de ruimte aan waterinfiltratie en grasgroei en past perfect bij het karakter van de omgeving.
