Prestigieuze GeoStylistix villa: een ode aan esthetiek en functionaliteit
Evenwicht en harmonie
Alles draait om evenwicht bij deze prestigieuze GeoStylistix villa. Het moest een villa worden waar men levenslang kan wonen. De opdrachtgevers, die tegen de pensioenleeftijd zitten, wilden een familiehuis met voldoende ruimte en alle faciliteiten voor in hun oude dag. Privacy speelde ook een grote rol. De voorgevel aan de straatkant is meer gesloten, terwijl de andere delen van het huis juist erg open zijn. Zo is er voldoende privacy, maar wordt ook aan natuurlijk lichtinval en toegankelijkheid gedacht. De grote raampartijen met verzonken profielen zijn namelijk rolstoelvriendelijk. Ook waren er specifieke wensen voor de uitstraling van de woning. Deze moest warm zijn, zowel van binnen als van buiten. De gevel en het interieur zijn dan ook in perfecte harmonie met warme beige en brons tinten.
GeoStylistix gevel tot in perfectie uitgevoerd
Voor de gevel is gekozen voor een warme GeoStylistix gevelsteen in de kleur Unique Beige, met grijs/bruine kleurnuances. Deze gevelstenen weerspiegelen de gedrevenheid en perfectionisme van de aannemer: “Een goede illustratie is onze aanpak bij de gevelsteen van dit huis: een strakke, lange steen waarbij er bij het verlijmen geen millimeter foutenmarge overblijft. Ik ben erg trots op dat dit dan ook perfect is gebeurd.” Het perfect verlijmen met een minimale voeg is mogelijk doordat de gevelsteen een zeer hoge maatvastheid heeft. Dit is het voordeel van betonsteen, welke geconditioneerd wordt in klimaatkamers. Dit maakt de lange en slanke vorm van de GeoStylistix mogelijk en het is ook nog eens gunstig voor het milieu.
Maturiteit en pretentieloos prestige
De villa is een perfecte mix tussen warme huiselijkheid en volwassen design: “Subtiel prestige, nergens gekkigheden en vooral warmte, dát was het opzet”, aldus de opdrachtgever. De architect heeft dit als uitgangspunt gepakt bij het ontwerp en materiaalkeuze: “De keuze voor natuurlijke materialen lag dus voor de hand. De gevelsteen is warm, maar verre van alledaags. Dit geeft de woning meteen het juiste cachet.” De GeoStylistix gevelsteen is voorzien van kleurecht, natuurlijk materiaal. Daarmee komt de warme kleur volledig tot z’n recht bij deze prestigieuze GeoStylistix villa.
