Multifunctional luxury home

Special living, that is this contemporary and luxurious home in Sint-Oedenrode. The modern house was designed by Mart Huijbers Architect with all living requirements in mind. Behind the same facade there is a family home, a hairdressing salon and a home for informal care. On the outside, however, the house is a single entity: ‘The annexe distinguishes itself by incising the volume, but is in keeping with the main house in terms of materialisation and mass. On the garden side of the house, the two volumes are linked by a sleek roofline that extends over the terrace. This creates a uniform appearance where multiple places to stay are realised,’ says the architect.

Facade with allure

The facade plays an important role in the harmonious yet distinctive character of the house. The GeoStylistix brick in Canadian Blue was chosen for this purpose. A nuanced stone with the allure of natural stone. Thanks to its high dimensional stability, the long-length facing brick is also ideal for creating an austere facade appearance. Perfect for modern architecture and the design freedom is enormous. Even in combination with other materials, such as wood and aluminium, the concrete brick is beautiful. Together, the luxury home satisfies in every respect: space, appearance and function.
