When can I reach you?

You can reach us by phone on Monday through Friday between 08.00 and 17.00  

When is the Inspiration Centre opened?

You are welcome from Monday through Friday between 09.00-16.00.

Is there assistance in the Inspiration Centre?

As a consumer you can simply come by during opening hours and walk around freely. If someone is present in the Inspiration Center, you can also ask for advice.

A guided visit is possible for business relations. For this we ask you to schedule an appointment via our appointment planner

Can I purchase directly from MBI as a private individual?

We do not sell directly to private individuals, we refer you to an MBI-dealer nearby you.

How long is the delivery time after placing an order?

MBI has a delivery time of 48 hours (if in stock). Orders received before 12.00 will be delivered within 2 working days.

What are the transport costs?

Prices quoted by us always exclude transport costs. Standard delivery in the Netherlands costs per pallet, with a higher rate for oversized pallets. Free delivery is possible from a certain net invoice amount. Higher costs and a higher threshold for free delivery apply for deliveries to Belgium and Germany. Delivery is to the nearest point next to the truck on a paved road. More information, email infoindoor@mbi.nl   

Additional costs may include:

  1. Urgent delivery within 48 hours and the same day at an additional cost.
  2. Surcharge for delivery to private addresses.
  3. Surcharges for delivery with a cage monkey and to the Wadden Islands.
  4. Time surcharges for delivery before certain times.
Are the tiles suitable for both floors and walls?

All floor tiles can be used on walls, but not all wall tiles are suitable for the floor. Email infoindoor@mbi.nl or call 0318-698585 for more information.

Are there special properties of the tiles, such as slip resistance or scratch resistance?

How can I contact MBI if there are any problems or breakages after purchase?
  • Report breakage damage within 48 hours of receipt via infoindoor@mbi.nl. Any other complaints must be reported in writing to the Service department via service@mbi.nl within 8 days of the invoice date. Our complaints conditions can be requested via service@mbi.nl. 
  • Are you a private individual? We would then like to refer you to the dealer where you purchased the products. They will suffer you in the further process.
